Minecraft 1.18.2 Server Download

Minecraft 1.18.2, released February 28, 2022, completed the Caves & Cliffs update that fundamentally changed Minecraft's world generation.

The full height range of Y -64 to Y 320, massive cave systems, aquifers, and the new mountain generation all debuted in 1.18 and are fully present in 1.18.2.

Ore distribution was also overhauled with diamonds now generate most frequently at Y -58 rather than Y 12, and every other ore also saw it's optimal mining location change.

For modded servers, 1.18.2 saw dozens of major mods update to it, and it served as the foundation for many large modpacks throughout 2022. Fabric support is also strong. If you're running a 2022-era modpack, there's a very high chance it targets 1.18.2.
